Coping With Premature Ejaculation a Real Nightmare? Then Here is Your Dream Solution

Coping with premature ejaculation is a very stressful and depressing thing to have to do.

Those that have a positive mind set will discover that there are techniques and little known exercises that can defeat it, however you must first be willing to take that step...are you ready to get your life back?

I hope the answer there was a resounding yes!

OK, let's get you and your penis ready for proper action again. It may have been a while since you last had sex lasting anything above 5 minutes, but believe me, you can and will get back to the top of your game if you follow these steps.

What is the PC muscle and why should I be interested in it?

Your PC muscle (or pubococcygeus muscle) is located below your abdomen and is responsible for two main functions;

1. It controls the flow of urine during urination and (more importantly here)
2. It contracts during orgasm

When your PC muscle is strong and "trained", it becomes a lot easier to control your ejaculatory reflex which is responsible for your ejaculation during orgasm.

Simple yet effective exercises called Kegal Exercises can be used to strengthen your PC Muscle to control your ejaculation more effectively. Coping with premature ejaculation is about to become a whole lot easier.

What we need to do is locate and exercise the PC muscle, locating it can be slightly tricky, but the easiest way is as follows;

1. The next time you visit the toilet to urinate, tense your penis for a few seconds to stop the urine flow. If you have never done this before you will notice a new sensation between the back of your scrotum and your anus. This is the PC muscle you can feel contracting. Once you have located the PC muscle then we can move to the next step.
2. Now you know where the problem muscle is, you need to know how to exercise it. Same idea as before but you will not be at the toilet this time. For starters it will be easier to relax lying on your bed wearing only your underwear. Hitch your knees up so your knee caps are facing the ceiling and your feet and buttocks are forming an inverted "V" shape.
3. Same as before, tense your penis as if you were stopping the flow of urine again (it's not actually your penis you are tensing up, but to begin with it will feel like it is. If you are having difficulty with this then imagine you have a semi-erection and are trying to "flick" or push the head of your penis up the way.
4. Once your PC muscle is tense, hold it for around 5 seconds, then exhale while you relax the muscle. DO the exercise again. Inhale and tense your PC muscle, hold for 5 seconds, then exhale and relax once more.
5. To start with, just try 3-5 repetitions of this exercise. If you aren't able to hold for 5 seconds then don't worry, it just means your PC muscle is weaker than it should be (and could explain a lot of your premature ejaculation problem). Just try and hold for as long as possible up to about 2-3 seconds until you can hold it longer.

If you keep at this routine for a week or so, you will notice a big difference during any kind of sexual activity, when you next have sex, you should last a couple more minutes longer than usual.
